These terms apply to the Project Rebirth website at bronzerebirth.com (the “site”), run by the Project Rebirth team from Italy. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
A fan project
Project Rebirth is a fan-made Roblox game and website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., The Pokémon Company or Roblox Corporation. Pokémon, Pokémon character names and related marks belong to their respective owners. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.
What the site offers
The site gives information about the game: how to play, a Pokédex, locations, encounter rates, weather encounters and links to our community. It has no user accounts, sells nothing and doesn’t process payments.
Playing the game and purchases
The game is played on Roblox, under Roblox’s own Terms of Use. Anything you buy in the game, such as starter Pokémon for Robux, is bought through Roblox and is covered by Roblox’s terms and refund rules, not by these terms. The “Play” buttons on the site only open the game on Roblox.
Accuracy of game information
Pokédex entries, encounter tables, odds, levels and other game details come from the game’s data at the time the site was last updated. The game changes over time, so details on the site may be out of date or contain mistakes. We try to keep it accurate but can’t guarantee that it is.
Using the site fairly
You may browse and share the site for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t:
- try to access the admin area or other parts of the site you aren’t allowed to use, or get around its security;
- attack, overload or disrupt the site, for example with automated traffic or heavy scraping;
- use the site to break the law or the rights of others;
- present the site’s content as your own or as official Pokémon or Roblox material.
Content and credits
The site’s own text, design and code belong to the Project Rebirth team. Some material comes from others and remains theirs: Pokémon sprites from Pokémon Showdown, item icons from PokeRogue, location descriptions adapted from community wikis under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike licence, and the artwork and names of the Pokémon franchise. See the Credits page for sources and licences. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it promptly and remove it where appropriate.
Other websites
The site links to and loads images from other services, such as Roblox, Discord, Pokémon Showdown, Fandom wikis, YouTube, X, TikTok and Telegram. We don’t control those services; their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Availability and changes
We may change, pause or remove the site or any part of it at any time. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
No warranty and limits of liability
The site is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties about it and we are not liable for losses arising from its use or from relying on its information, including problems in the game or with your Roblox account. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
